Ann Marie Mills -  Senior Vice President/Personal Trust Manager

Ann Marie, a Louisiana Tech University graduate, has been serving clients with employee benefit plan design and administration since 1986. A Certified Financial Planner since 1988, she also works with IRAs, Roth IRAs and SIMPLEs. She has the responsibility of designing, implementing and administrating pension and profit sharing plans including 401(k)s. These qualified plans are maintained by professionals and businesses as well as small industrial companies.  Ann Marie is responsible for coordinating client contact and educational employee presentations with the regional offices throughout the state. She also provides or coordinates technical support in the retirement area for our staff and clients.

Her responsibilities also include administering managed and self-directed IRA’s.  Her IRA clients are usually professionals or retired employees who have accumulated a large amount of retirement funds often received as a distribution from a qualified plan.

Gary Moore - Vice President/Employee Benefits

Gary received both his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and his Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana Tech University. He has a total of 17 years experience in the trust and investment management field. His experience spans from personal trust and estate administration to all types of employee benefit plans and IRA’s. Gary has been designated a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

His responsibilities include designing, implementing and administering all types of defined contribution plans, SIMPLE plans and IRA’s. Gary also conducts employee educational and enrollment meetings for 401(K) plan sponsors.

Debbie Holmes -  Vice President/Employee Benefits

Debbie has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in industrial psychology from Louisiana Tech University. She has been with Argent Financial Group in personal trust and employee benefits administration since February, 1992.  Her main responsibilities are recordkeeping and administration of plans and trusts including recordkeeping for third party and in-house plan administration involving individual participant reporting and allocation reports. She also reconciles and sets up the allocation computer file for all new qualified plan clients. She is also responsible for administration of self-directed IRAs and qualified plans (trustee plans only) as well as administration of "Rabbi" Trust (non-qualified deferred comp plans).
