Mrs. Hammond manages 1099 production tax reporting, and serves as a resource for tax questions, processing and corporate actions involving tax issues. Mrs. Hammond also serves as coordinator for the NITC Investment Committee. |

Bill Keith is responsible for marketing and sales of the NITC private-label trust program to the financial service industry. Mr. Keith also serves as the liaison with our new partner affiliates to assist them in the development of customized marketing and sales programs.

Kimberly Breithaupt oversees all Compliance and Risk Management activities for NITC. She coordinates all regulatory filings (Schedule RC-T and 13f), regulatory exams, and external and internal audits. She is responsible for all regulatory relationships and communications. She also provides annual compliance training for NITC employees. Ms. Breithaupt serves as Chairperson of the NITC New Business Committee, which monitors the new account process from new business acceptance to account opening in order to ensure quality control, and she serves as a member of all NITC Administrative Committees. Ms. Breithaupt also oversees the maintenance of the NITC Policy, Procedure and Forms manual.

Greg Smith is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and staff for the company's trust accounting system. Prior to joining Argent, Smith served as Vice President and Trust Officer in the Trust Department of T Bank in Dallas, Texas. He also served as an Assistant Vice President and Investment Officer with Amarillo National Bank in Amarillo, Texas.

Ryan Griep – Chief Information Officer

Ryan Griep manages all technology hardware, software and telecommunications systems used by Argent Financial Group and National Independent Trust Company. Mr. Griep oversees the disaster recovery/business continuity program, including continuity testing and network intrusion testing, and monitors compliance with applicable NITC policies, procedures and controls. He also monitors changes in trends and regulations affecting NITC or its partner affiliates, and implements solutions as required.

Amy Martin – Division Administration

Amy Martin manages the Fiduciary Compliance Program of NITC, with a specific focus on BSA, OFAC, USA PATRIOT ACT, and other banking, state and federal regulations and requirements. Mrs. Martin supervises the activities of the Operations Balancing & Controls staff, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and controls. She also facilitates NITC's vendor management program and escheats funds to the appropriate state on an annual basis.
